Homemade “Big Mac”
You may be saying, why have I not done this before? I know, I said the same thing. If you love a Big Mac, make this next!!

Servings: 4 burgers
- 8 burger patties (3-4 oz each)
- 6 brioche buns (sesame or plain)
- 8 slices yellow American Cheese
- 1 c shredded lettuce
- 8 slices hamburger dill pickles
- 3 T canola oil
Secret Sauce
- ½ c mayonnaise
- 4 T sweet pickle relish
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1-2 T onion (minced)
- 2 T French Dressing (or Catsup)
- 1 t white vinegar
Buns
Cut the bottom top edge off two buns with a sharp serrated knife to create the middle bun of the burger.
Paint oil on each side of all 4 buns and the middle pieces.
Grill in a skillet until browned, set aside.
Burgers and Assembly
Cook burgers in a skillet on medium-high, about 2 minutes on each side.
While cooking, spread sauce on top and bottom bun.
Put 2 pickles on each middle bun.
Place shredded lettuce on each top bun.
Place the cooked burger on the bottom bun and the middle bun.
Place cheese slice on each patty.
Stack the burger.
Serve and ENJOY!
