Spicy Edamame
Many restaurants are on the edamame train! This simple and easy appetizer you can make at home in under ten minutes and it's healthier than the fried varieties and doesn't really fill you up too much! I played around with the best flavors and feel this really compliments these tasty beans.

- 1 package frozen edamame (8-12 oz)
- Salt to taste
- Sesame seeds (garnish)
- 1-2 t mayonnaise
- 1-2 T sriracha
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2-3 t soy sauce
- 1 t sesame oil
Cook edamame as instructed.
While cooking, put mayo, sriracha, garlic, soy sauce and oil in a bowl and whisk.
Toss sauce with edamame, lightly coating the beans.
Sprinkle with more salt and sesame seeds.
