These are best kept warm, so serve in a crockpot on low.

You will not need a dipping sauce!
You can use this sauce on chicken breasts or dark meat as a dinner entree. I have also used the sauce on salmon in the past and it is delicious!
Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Bites
I served these at a Christmas Party a few years ago. Whenever I see anyone who attended this party, they go into GREAT detail on how much they loved this, in my view, simple dish. I had many lovely apps that night but this one stole the show.

Ingredients
Chicken
- 4 very large and thick skinless/boneless chicken breasts
- 5 eggs (beaten)
- 2 t salt
- 1 t white pepper
- 3 c bread crumbs (Panko are best)
Sauce
- 1/3 c Soy Sauce (adds the salty flavor, adjust after tasting)
- ½ c Honey
- 4 T Hoisin Sauce
- 2 T Sriracha
- 8 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 2-3 T fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 t Wasabi (in a tube, optional)
Garnish
- Sesame Seeds
- Green Onion (very thinly sliced)
- For more spicy flavor sprinkle crushed red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and heat.
- Keep on warm.
- Grease a muffin tin pan or a baking sheet
- Cut chicken into large chunks, a good bite sized piece
- Dip in egg, roll in panko
- Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
- Check chicken, they should be soft but done in middle
- Remove chicken and put into a warming container like a crockpot
- Drizzle warm sauce on chicken. Coating but not drowning in sauce.
- Toss very gently to incorporate
- Sprinkle on garnishes
