I love a good Rack of Lamb, so I fashioned a recipe for lamb burgers that mimics the delicious flavors of the French way of cooking this 5-star restaurant entree!

Most grocery stores carry ground lamb, so it should not be a problem to find. Halloumi Cheese is easily found these days, but if you cannot find any, white cheddar is a good option.

Cook the food in the order written. Make everything and assemble the bun completely before you cook the burgers.

Lamb burgers cook really quickly and keep cooking off the grill. It’s important to have everything done so you just put the burger on the bun and eat right away.

* Important note: if you do not eat your burgers medium, medium rare or rare, I do not suggest cooking ground lamb burgers. Substitute beef or turkey in this recipe. Both are still very good!
